L & J Associates is owned and managed by two former senior executives from Fortune 500 companies, Larry Polsky and Jack Stroker.

Between them, Polsky and Stroker have over 55 years of relevant management experience in corporate America. They understand the jobs they are filling because they have either held similar positions themselves, or worked closely with those who have.  They have a sense of urgency, and a keen sense of the impact an outstanding executive can make on an organization that truly values human capital.
